Billing questions
When will I be charged?
Not during your 14-day free trial. Your first payment is collected when the trial ends, then monthly or yearly on the same date.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Direct Debit from a UK bank account, managed securely by GoCardless and protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee, or PayPal, which also lets you pay by debit or credit card.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and stop at the end of the period you have paid for. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.
What if I add a pharmacy?
Contact us and we’ll move you to the right plan. Your existing SOPs, staff and records stay exactly as they are.
Do you offer invoices?
Yes. GoCardless and PayPal send a receipt for every payment, and Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
